As if it is not already bad enough for Jameis Winston that back up quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Ryan Fitzpatrick, is playing unreal and there is a very good possibility that when Winston’s suspension ends, he might not be the starter for the Buccaneers, Winston is now being sued by the female Uber driver who accused Winston of groping her when she gave him a ride in 2016.

Although her real name is not stated, the female accuser is seeking $75,000 in damages, claiming that since Winston has a history of sexual hostile behavior and continues to be in trouble with the law and always finding a way out, this sum is due to the ‘damages in the nature of emotional distress and future therapy expenses’ the accuser is going through.  The accuser has every right to make the moves she feels is fit, but if you are thinking about using Winston on your fantasy team, think again.
