Jimmy Garoppolo posted his first NFL loss as a starter in week 1, but he has not even started 10 NFL games.  Even with a poor performance against the Minnesota Vikings last week, Jimmy G. will rebound this week in both his winning record and his statistics.

Against the Vikings, Garoppolo had 261 yards passing with a touchdown and three interceptions.  The result, the previously mentioned loss and poor fantasy numbers.  But, owners do not worry.  Going up against the Detroit Lions this week, Garoppolo will rebound.  The Lions gave up 180 yards passing and two touchdown passes to rookie Sam Darnold in week 1.  Yes, a rookie threw two touchdown passes in his first NFL game against the Lions.  If Darnold did that against the Lions defense, think what Jimmy G. will do.
