For those of you who drafted Le’Veon Bell thinking he would end his holdout before the season started, or fairly soon after the season started, for him to help your fantasy team, we have reached week 3 and Bell is still not in Pittsburgh. Instead Bell is riding jet skis in South Florida.
Another week goes by without Bell and at this rate, it might be halfway through the season, or next season before Bell comes back. Say Bell comes back in week 9, the Steelers could be out of the playoff picture at the rate they are playing – sitting at 0-1-1 after finishing in a tie with the Browns and losing to the Chiefs – the Steelers could very well end up on the losing end of upcoming games against the Buccaneers, the Ravens, the Falcons, the Bengals and then the Browns again. Does Bell seem to care about losing $852,941 per game he misses? It sure does not seem like he does, but fantasy owners everywhere do.
